At BmariaTech, we are committed to providing only authentic UK-used and brand-new gadgets to our customers in Nigeria. To protect both our customers and our business, we have a clear and fair return policy that complies with Nigerian consumer protection regulations.
This policy explains the conditions under which returns are accepted. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of purchase only if:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your gadget arrives broken, malfunctioning, or with visible defects not disclosed at purchase, it qualifies for a return.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a different product from what you ordered (wrong model, specification, or item), you are eligible for an exchange or refund.
Return Conditions
To ensure fairness and product integrity, all returns must meet the following conditions:
- Security Sticker Intact – Every item sold by BmariaTech carries a unique security seal/sticker.
- If the sticker is tampered with, broken, or removed, the return will be rejected.
- This protects against product switching and fraud.

- Original Condition – Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt, order invoice, or transaction record is required for any return request.
- Inspection – All returned items will be inspected by our technical team before approval. Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification that the item meets the return conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and business protection, the following cannot be returned:
- Items with broken or missing security stickers/seals
- Used items (e.g. phones, laptops, or gadgets that have been activated, logged into, or tampered with)
- Items damaged by customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
- Change of Mind Purchases – Returns will not be accepted simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.
Return Process & Shipping
- Our Error or Defect: If the return is due to damage, defect, or a wrong item supplied, BmariaTech will cover the return logistics.
- Customer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to other approved reasons (within policy), customers are responsible for safely returning the product to our Lagos office or designated pickup points.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. We aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days after validation.
- Exchanges: If stock is available, we will send a replacement item immediately after receiving and verifying your return.
Legal Compliance & Data Privacy
- This Return Policy is consistent with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and other Nigerian consumer protection laws.
- Any personal information provided during the return process (such as name, phone number, address, and order details) will only be used for processing your return and is secured in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
